I have no reservations in recommending PRC Caterers for any event, large or small, that your organization, corporation or family needs catered. The company is driven by customer satisfaction first and foremost, and is easy to work with as a partner.

The Jewish National Fund has worked with PRC on many events and they always exceed our expectations. They treat small gatherings with the same attention to detail as our largest dinners. Joe, Israel, and their staff are a pleasure and they go the extra mile. PRC Caterers was selected to cater the Negev Diner in honour of Prime Minister Stephen Harper. The dinner was a tremendous success with over 4000 people in attendance, which was the largest Kosher dinner ever held in Canada. Thank you for your support and superb professionalism!

Well, it seems as though you outdid yourself again. Before dinner was served, we received many comments about how good and plentiful the Hors d’oeuvres were (they loved the pickles). And then throughout the night and still now, we're getting a lot of feedback about the great food. As you know, we thoroughly enjoyed working together with you and are sad that our journey together on this event is now over. We will have to come up with some other good reasons to celebrate!

We have worked together on our children’s engagement and wedding parties at not typical venues such as office building lobbies. They created a Kosher kitchen and a unique menu. The kids wanted particular items, Joe went the extra mile to source their requests by sending his staff to experiment various foods and perfect what the kids wanted. Joe is very comfortable being innovative and presenting new foods. We highly recommend PRC Catering for any Kosher events.

From the first phone call to discuss the wedding booking until the wedding was over, we could not have been more satisfied. The planning meetings, food variety and customization, outstanding food quality & presentation, service & timing, coordination with the venue staff & decor provider were exceptional.
