We hope you enjoy our mix of classic Rosh Hashanah dishes like gefilte fish, beef brisket, chicken soup, and kugels along with some modern surprises that includes carrot ginger soup in coconut milk; beet cured salmon gravlox; and edamame chickpea cakes.
